Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

In our department, endoscopic surgery is performed for benign gynecologic tumors. We are planning to expand it for malignant gynecologic tumors. Furthermore, we started robotic surgery for benign gynecologic tumors. As the research works, we are trying to clarify the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Recently, we started stem cell research using umbilical cord blood as regenerative medicine. We will contribute to the improvement of medicine for the patients.
