Guidance for returning patients

Returning patients should check themselves in using the automatic check-in machine for returning patients. Other patients, such as those visiting a department for the first time or patients whose last consultation took place more than three months previously (one month in the case of the dentistry and oral surgery department) should check in at the New Patients/Returning Patients Window.

▼ Patients wishing to request an outpatient visit

The hospital has introduced an appointment system for outpatient visits.To help reduce waiting times and improve cooperation with other regional medical institutions, new patients are requested to bring a referral letter.

When there are no special instructions for your return appointment

• If you are undergoing an examination before your consultation, please check in 30 mins. before your scheduled appointment time.
• If your appointment is for a consultation only, please check in 15 mins. before your scheduled appointment time.

※ Even if you check in at reception early, patients will be seen in the order of their appointed times.
