7 August 2013: This meeting was part of a pioneering collaboration by JETRO and Kochi University to develop global human resources by means of seminars and on-site training programs. Staff of the participating businesses and students from Kochi University made presentations on the commodities that had been recently displayed in the Hong Kong Food Expo. It was followed by a lecture by an advisor on Japanese food exports and the Hong Kong food market. The enthusiastic participants included staff from businesses in Kochi.
